Australian Bush Flower Essences (ABFE) are a form of vibrational medicine, working with the emotional, mental & spiritual bodies. By clearing blockages through recreating balance in these fields, we are promoting a gentle healing through acknowledgement of where we may “be stuck” and releasing these, negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs. We recognise when our physical body may need attention, but how often do we pay attention to what our other bodies may be asking for?

The emotional, mental and spiritual bodies also need to be nurtured and supported; when they are out of balance we can manifest physical ailments and illnesses. By looking at the core concerns that the soul carries and supporting what lies underneath we can heal on another level.

The effect of these essences is similar to that of meditation in that they enable the person to access the wisdom of their Higher Self. This releases negative beliefs held in the subconscious mind and allows the positive virtues of the Higher Self – love, joy, faith, courage etc. to flood their being. When this happens the negative beliefs and thoughts are dissolved, balance is restored and true healing occurs.

Services Offered

Astrology Consultation incorporating Australian Bush Flower Essences

In this session we will look at the Astrological Archetypes and key pieces of the chart to see where we can support the souls intention, release any blockages, and work towards the evolutionary potential the chart holds. A wonderful opportunity to work through particularly challenging times or patterns, both in the natal chart, as well as through our transits, progressions and solar arcs.

Initial Session is 2 hours, follow up sessions are also available.

Australian Bush Flowers Essence, Chakra & Astrology Program

A personally designed 6 month program, that will combine, working with the ABFE, Chakras and your Astrology chart, each month we will explore ways of supporting your growth, through exploring your needs both astrologically and regaining balance and awareness, through the flower essences and working with the chakras. (Each program includes, workbook, monthly face to face session and ABFE mixes prepared for your personal journey.)

Spiritual Awareness Program – White Light Essences

White light essences are a spiritual range of essences created by Ian White, in destinations from all around the globe. As a trained practitioner, I have created a program working with these powerful essences and your souls evolutionary journey through your Astrology chart. This is an interactive program of up to 26 weeks, including, essences, exercise, meditations, journal and mixes.

The sessions are conducted via zoom, depending on your needs we can work in various ways, to create a beautiful one off essence or a program to work with some of the more long term soul works. A beautiful way of bringing in balance and understanding in combination to the underlying soul quest.

Personal Blends

Personal blends can be made up on request to support you with any challenge you may be facing at present, physically, the emotional body, mental wellbeing and spiritual health.

The mixes are easily taken and not conflicting with other medications.
